Since 2008 I have worked in teaching 3D design, first with 3D Studio MAX, and since 2010, with Blender, the open source and therefore free 3D environment.
I have come to appreciate the power of Blender very much, and I like the creative freedom it provides. It goes without saying that it takes quite some time to learn software as complex as Blender is, and having had to create courseware in it, I have invested quite a lot of time in it.
Nevertheless, I have now uploaded several projects to Pinterest.
- The Canon AE-1 project
- The Spitfire XIV project
- The Steampunk Arsenal project 1 – the Atomic Bellows
- The Steampunk Arsenal project 2 – Boole and Babbage GPS system
- Miscellaneous renderings of various objects such as the The Mercury 1000 outboard engine (1963) and boat, the Moccamaster coffee brewer, Italian church, and more
There will be new categories and new content in each of these when I get some more done.
